Biography ��� Professor Linda Kristjanson
Professor Linda Kristjanson is Deputy-Vice Chancellor Research & Development, and joined Curtin in 2006. Between 2000 and 2006 she held the position of The Cancer Council WA Chair of Palliative Care. In this role Professor Kristjanson created and led the Western Australian Centre for Cancer & Palliative Care.��
From 2003-2006 Professor Kristjanson also served as a member of the National Health & Medical Research Council and was chosen as the 2002 Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year for her entrepreneurial work in health and science.
During her research career Professor Kristjanson has received more than $30m in research grants and has published more than 140 refereed papers and book chapters.
